We've got another good one this year - don't miss it!

Latest SA'00 Hotel, Registration, Schedule Info 4/24/00

Our conference will once again be a cross-section of who's who in the emerging low-cost launch industry, presenting an informal snapshot of where things are this coming spring of 2000. (Be there or miss out - part of our relaxed atmosphere and up-to-the-second inside information is that we don't ask for formal papers and we don't do proceedings.)

Our hotel this year is the Holiday Inn Old Town Scottsdale, twenty minutes from the Phoenix airport by cab or "Super Shuttle" van, 7353 E Indian School Road, right next to the heart of downtown Scottsdale's restaurant and shopping district. This comfortable rambling hotel was totally redone last year, with modem jacks and coffeemakers in every room. Our conference rate is $69.00 per night, single or double, plus 10.65% tax, mention "space access" for the rate when you reserve your room. (This rate is available to attendees up to three nights before and after our conference dates.) For reservations call (800) 695-6995 or (480) 994-9203.

Please note: Book your room ASAP - the hotel releases our reserved room block for general rental after Friday, April 7th. You should still be able to get our rate after that, but only as long as the hotel has rooms left for our nights.

Space Access 2000 hospitality and registration will open at 6 pm Thursday, April 27th, 2000. Intro sessions will run from 8 pm to 10 pm Thursday, in the main (Banyan/Bonsai rooms) ballroom. Main sessions will run 9 am to 10 pm Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th, with breaks midmorning and midafternoon plus longer breaks for (on your own) lunch and dinner. Registration (in the lower ballroom lobby) and our reknowned Space Access Hospitality Suite (suite 406) will be open by 8 am Friday and Saturday
